Stress Control


On an average work day one million employees miss work due to stress-related conditions. This costs the US business industry $300 billion annually. This stress control program is designed to aid participants in achieving control over negative reaction to stressful situations. Stress is. How you react to that stress causes it to be viewed as positive or negative. Using Sensory Imaging Conditioning as a tool, Individuals learn to direct the inner self or sub-conscious mind to react in a manner acceptable to the conscious mind. All actions and reactions come from mind. We, as a species, learn from habit and repetition. This program is designed in such a way as to utilize this human property to its fullest. We tape every session changing slightly in content over the six-week period, aiding participants through repeating the same information over and over. One session, 1-1/2 hrs in length, each week is all that is required from your employee's busy schedule.

Stop Smoking


This STOP SMOKING program is designed to aid the participants in gradually slowing and stopping the smoking habit. Education directed toward a better understanding of the function of the human body plays an essential role in this program. "To defeat your enemy you must know your enemy" In bringing about behavioral change, your biggest enemy is you. The human seems to covet status quo. We seem opposed to change even when it's good.  Sensory Imaging Conditioning is a tool used to contact the automatic self or sub-conscious mind. Through this technique the destructive resistant properties of consciousness are bypassed and behavioral changes takes place. We, as a species, learn through habit and repetition. This program is designed in such a way as to utilize this human property to its fullest. Tapes, changing slightly in content over a six-week period, aid the participants through repeating the same information over and over. The percentage of success has been 78% over the past 18 years of study.
 

Reflexology


Within the human body is an elliptical flow of energy. When we express an emotion e.g.: anger, depression etc., the body will respond to these emotions by releasing whatever is needed to bring the body into homeostasis or balance. Some of these releases are not necessarily good for us in large doses. If we don't utilize the releases properly they become toxic to the system. This toxic waste travels through the blood in this elliptical flow. When it reaches the bottom of the feet it becomes trapped by gravity and lays there. Understand, the body is an 'electro-magnetic generator'. Our systems operate through voltages coming through the central nervous system feeding the organs and muscle groups. The toxins in the feet block that voltage or curtail it in such a way that the organ or body part does not get the voltage needed to function properly. The body, being such a beautiful instrument, sends signals to the whole being (you) to let you know there is a malfunction. This signal normally comes in the form of pain. Reflexology is a manipulative form where the bottoms of the feet are massaged at specific reflex points to break up the deposits into smaller particles. These particles are then, being smaller, carried through the blood stream to and through the kidneys. They will be excreted the next time you go to the bathroom. Your body responds to this therapy by giving you less pain or, ideally removing it.
 

Weight Control


This weight control program is designed to assist participants in dropping undesired pounds and inches. It is set up in such a way that the participants will continue to drop those pesky pounds even after the six-week program has ended. This program is 27 years in the making and also successful for that number of years. The major achievement here is learning to communicate with the sub-conscious mind. Using Sensory Imaging Conditioning as a tool, individuals learn to direct the inner self or sub-conscious mind to react in a manner acceptable to the conscious mind. All actions and reactions come from mind including eating. We, as a species, learn from habit and repetition. By placing information about eating and desired goals repeatedly into the sub-conscious it must and will respond. This program is designed to use this human property to its fullest.
